hi, im new to all this,
im having alot of trouble at the moment well over the last 3 years, my parents and i hardly talk and i was kicked out at a young age, me and my parnters relationship is just well i dont know or what to do any more, i dont no what to do in my job im being bullied and iv not been proforming to a good standerd or how i like to work and i have been hiding and crying in the toilets or not turnign up and now its been about a week and they need an explination, i live with my in laws and the stress is killing me along side finance problems, having no one to talk to, and no friends.
im in pain all the time, im hardly sleeping and serviving on 5 hours a night tops, im also starting to get expreamly agressive and abusive towards people, im getting irratated cant keep still, to another extream from never getting out of bed, i have days where i over eat than on other i wont eat at all, i cry my self to sleep every night.
but worse of all iv started having night mares and thinking about suiside more and more. of quite an intent nature,
i have never talked to any one in depth of my problems and always keeped them locked away quite well.

Hi gussie91, and welcome to the forums. I am very sorry to read how hard things are for you. I am glad you found this place and I hope posting and being able to share some of what you are feeling helps. I would, however, suggest you consider seeing a doctor. It sounds as if you really need some professional support and advice on how to feel better.
Work stress can be overwhelming and it is important that you find ways to cope with that stress so that it does not interfere with other aspects of your life. Relationships often are difficult when other things in ones life are causing great stress.
We would ask that you refrain from using triggering language here as it can really upset other forum users. Self Injury/Self harm is a better way to express what is going on.
