Hi, i found this site while looking for help for my depresion. I have been in a dark place for a few months now and really dont know which place to turn, all my gp says is im on max dosage of meds and have to wait for them to work. My councillor told me today she doesnt know what else to do to help I just want the world to stop turning long enough for me to step off

As for the meds, each of us has a different physiology and the same meds will affect each of us differently. Also keep in mind it takes on average about 6 weeks to begin to feel the full effects of a med.
