hi everyone , i have never done this before. i thought i would try this i bought a laptop because my bedroom is my haven i stay in mostly except for a few people i know i need to start somewhere

If you " need to start somewhere " this is definitely a good place to start. I've been lucky enough to have been given a lot of help and support by the people on this site, along with a lot of new thoughts,suggestions and insights as far as managing my own depression is concerned.
