Yesterday i posted a reply to a new member Gentle1,,,just a few kind words greeting them as i would normally try to do ,,today they have gone and so have the posts ,,,this is a trigger to me and today i will go about my daily life chewing this over in my mind thinking i said something wrong ,,i even wondered if there was a post at all ,,or has the demon returned to my mind ,,simple as it may be im hurting now ,
all i ask of anyone who knows ,was this real ,,or did i typo and upset someone ,,i must know or it will bring me down ,,,no details if its private ,just let me know i did no wrong wrong ,,

My dear friend, my brother, do not fret...you posted a nice reply to this person, I saw it, and the person responded back with thanks...I don't know why it is gone or what happened but I am 100% sure it was nothing to do with you and your kindness to a newcomer. We all worry, have anxiety, when we think we have hurt or triggered someone or something is wrong with us when things don't fit with our memory, but you did nothing wrong my brother and you are not delusional, for I saw the posts too. I feel bad I haven't posted to more newcomers lately, but have been having such a hard time myself I have been rather selfish primarily posting my stuff and not being as responsive to others...hopefully soon I can change that. But, you do a wonderful job of greeting newcomers and responding to so many posts, you are a dear, dear person with much caring and wisdom to share.

I know how you must have felt seeing the posts gone. I didn't see them but from the kind way you answered my post when I wrote, I'm sure everything was fine. We worry so much in the state we're in and it's hard to feel that anything will ever be OK, but sometimes it is and sometimes things happen that we have nothing to do with - that are just coincidental. Hope you will be able to leave this behind you. Sending good thoughts . . .

hey (((((sis))))),,thanks if you read the reply and say it was ok ,then thats good enough for me ,,it just came as a shock to see it not there ,,and i had to wonder if said something wrong ,,im having good feelings lately ,,but i still get upset easily ,,but i,ll rest easy now ,,thanks and hugs (((((sister)))))i think your feeling and sounding a little better ,,i hope you mend soon and your pain eases ,,you could never be selfish ,,you just have a lot of pain of your own at the moment ,,but just to see you around means a lot to me and everyone ,,you take care ,,lots of love ken xxx
