Not much happening here, it seems. But that's not important, either. Places on the net that are getting more crammed by the day aren't exactly worthwhile, now are they.
So, I like meditation and I believe in the deep, chaos, ginnungagap, or supreme brahma. All four are different names for the same thing. René Guénon talked about it in his books as universal possibility.
What's known as "guided meditations" is much a scam, in my opinion. There might be those who actually do something right. But in the usual case, what you may at best expect is a guided relaxation routine. Which, of course, doesn't have to be a bad thing.
What else? I am interested in running as a healthy training routine. I like music. I like reading actual books as well as various materials online. I wish I was tech savvy, and there are several reasons why that would come in handy for me. But I am what I am, and that's certainly not a bad thing.
Prospects for actually helping someone in coping with depression online aren't very good, in my opinion. And so I will often be blunt and say that straight up. I am more or less a formerly depressed person, who a couple of years ago found the cure for depression in genuine self love. So nowadays, as an individual who doesn't have a family of my own, I just suffer from loneliness, occasionally.
And human interaction can really be great. To be able to hear someone out, to speak and to be heard, are some of the best things I can think of. I rarely get that direct contact with another person where there is nothing obscuring what it really means to be human. But it's awesome every time.
I am human.
