I have a couple of chill out cd's for when I most feeling low or when my anxiety is at its worst n if I'm experiencing voices sometimes Iwill try to blast them out by putting the ipod on massive volume. Marc

Cinderella- Shelter Me
The Who- Baba O'Riley

Listing to any of these help my mood. They kinda get me motivated too...

Hi all,

If you want to wallow in your misery, Tears for Fears is excellent. Angry and sad.

If you want to change your mood from sad to up and angry or positive, try Political Prisoners by Insurge. Or If a tree falls. Anything fast and not about sad things can and often does change your mood to a better place.

I gotta admit though, the saddest song I have heard, and I flogged it at my worst, was "I need you" by Joan Armatrading. Tear your heart out it does.
