talking to people, I don't know... I can't do normal things correctly

Anyone here struggle with starting conversations with people? Like in general. I have pushed myself into talking to people but nobody seems to connect with me. It's like I am from a different dimension or something or I give off a vibe. I don't know what to do.
I went months without talking to anyone. I know it's not healthy, I tried talking again. I barely have anything to say anymore though. My brain is so fried.
