I have acrophobia----

Postby Louisiana1976 » Fri Mar 14, 2008 5:07 pm

it's so bad that when I have to stand on a ladder or on my bed to change a lightbulb, I get dizzy.

Recently there was a news story about a group of blind people who were going to climb Mt. Everest. I couldn't help thinking that a blind person would have an advantage over me in climbing such a high mountain---he wouldn't be able to look down and get dizzy!

That must be pretty annoying, for sure... I remember some days when i wouldn't drink enough water and i would get up to walk somewhere and i would see spots for the next 2-3 minutes... I wish you the best in finding a way to overcome this bump on your road.

Also i think i may have Amathophobia... that stuff is everywhere!

That would be me. Wonder if being short has anything to do with that?
