Change of drinks

Every day for several years a doctor goes to the same bar at the same time. The doctor knows the bartender there, and each day the bartender makes a special daquari using walnuts.
One day the time approaches and the bartender realizes he's out of walnuts. At a loss as to what to do, he makes a daquari using wild hickory nuts as a substitute.
The doctor enters and sips his drink, turns to the bartender and asks "What the heck is this?"
(( Do you already know what the heck it is??))
The bartender replies "It's a hickory daquari doc!"
