You finally meet that special one, that 'soul-mate' that took a life time to find. You connected with them, heart to heart, mind to mind, soul to soul. That connection is there, it is to stays. It is never to be broken, as long as you exist. You share a happiness that you thought would never be. You walk on air, you feel loved and wanted, life is good, yet......
Things changes, life isn't as it should be; you suddenly learn to close the eyes to your soul. You blindfold this connection and send it into an eternal sleep, perhaps to be awaken in another time, another universe, another life. You will never know. All you know is the now.
Life, love and dreams are things we deal with, yearn for, pray for. Yet we continue waking to find the emptiness of yesterday. But then, no one ever said life was fair.
