Short joke time

A man noticed his neighbor, sitting outside in the rain. Curious why, he goes over with an extra umbrella and asked:
Why are you sitting outside in this rain?
The neighbor replies:
"I'm hiding out here until my wife calms down. It is my fault she is mad!"
"Why is it your fault?", the man asked.
"She asked me, 'What's on the t.v. and I answered 'dust'!"
