Meditation Tip 12-22-10

Hell is neither here nor there. Hell is inside our own body and mind. Due to our desires that cannot be fulfilled and due to longings and greed that cannot be satisfied, we generate the fires of greedy desire and resentful anger which burn our own body and mind.
