Ahh Monty :( Paranoia... try not to waste your time on it, easier said than done though.

You do really great on here, I hope maybe posting on here will help in the longer run with the outside world. Just one of my weird -- or even positive thoughts.

Had a bad bout of paranoia, many years ago. It developed into a psychotic break.

Don't think I want to go through one of those again (I had a couple).

Probably things are going better, because I have people in my life who really care about my well-being. Sure that it has influenced my self-esteem immensely.
