hello there mjw2008 im sorry for your loss ,i no nothing about greiveing
i have not known any loss at all ,i can feel your pain is great ,and i know
on top of your depression it must be very hard ,your familys way of dealing with this loss i dont understand ,but try to greive for her by yourself ,you can do that ,your grandmother will hear you ,she can cry ,
and she can laugh ,and be sad or happy with you ,you cant see her ,but she will share all these things with you ,so tell grandma how you feel ,she
will listen ,maybe tell her what youve done ,on a certain day ,,how you feel ,tell her if you laughed or cryed ,,she will hear you day or night ,and she will always be with you ,,,as for us here we can try and send you warm words ,and the warmth of the forum may give you some comfort
this is a long dark road we all travel ,and we to have a great deal of pain
but if you should stumble ,we will reach out and catch your fall ,,,,,
