DUFFUS TALKING TO ME LIKE SHIT ,12.30 PM IN THE B AND Q ,BIG HARDWARE STORE FOR MY OVERSEAS FREINDS ,BOUGHT SOME LIGHT BULBS ,GET TO THE AUTOMATED CHECK OUT ,(NEVER USED ONE BEFORE )SCANS MY ITEM ,MACHINE SAYS PUT ITEM ON SCALE ,READING LABELS TO TRY AND FIND SCALES ,HUMTY DUMTY IN A RED UNIFORM BARGES UP TO ME SNATCHES THE BULBS FROM MY HAND
AND STABS THE STICKER WITCH SAYS SCALE WITH HIS FINGER AND GRUNTS SCALES HERE ,KEN THINKS !THIS GUYS GOING DOWN ,EXSCUSE ME I SAID ,I WAS JUST READING THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE MACHINE AS I HAVENT USED IT BEFORE ,IF YOU WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME CHANCE ,INSTEAD OF BARGING IN HERE AND BEING VERY

HE PLACED HIS HAND UPON MY SHOULDER ,(THIS IS SOMETHING I DONT THINK IVE EVER MENTIONED I DONT LIKE BEING IN CROWDED PLACES ,AND I CERTANTLY DONT LIKE BEING TOUCHED ,I PUSHED HIS HAND AWAY ,AND SAID VERY LOUDLY ,IM SORRY I FORGOT TO PUT THE STICKER ON MY FOREHEAD THIS MORNING ,THE ONE THATS SAYS ,I WANT TO DIE AGAIN TODAY BECAUSE I HAVE A MENTAL ILLNESS ,AND I MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THAN MOST PEOPLE TO FIGURE THINGS OUT ,THE GUYS MOUTH WAS OPEN BUT NOTHING CAME OUT .I PAYED FOR MY BULBS AND LEFT THE STORE ,,,,,,,,,FEELING REALLY QUITE POORLY AT HAVING GOT WOUND UP .BUT IM OK NOW ,WHY DO I HAVE TO HAVE THESE THINGS HAPPEN ,,,,,,,,KEN

superb...good comeback ken my friend, sorry you had such a stress-filled day but this was quite a funny story. reminds me of a time that me and another mental health-challenged friend were having a quiet drink in a pub,these two really sleazy guys were coming on to us and one said 'i bet two gorgeous girls like you get men asking you out all the time' and my friend replied really loudly 'actually no,we are highly medicated freaks', their faces were a picture, still makes me giggle now...

Most clerks do have manners, are trained to be polite at all times to customer. Sounds like you found the only one that flunked that course.

We all have our triggering points, true the clerk didn't know, still should have shown you respect and used the manners.

Bet he will think about doing that again, so see you taught him a lesson. You reacted, no need to apologize for that.
