Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a little bit of my storydrift boss, because maybe someone here can relate. About a year ago, everything seemed overwhelming to me. The little things in life suddenly felt like a burden, and getting out of bed every morning was a battle. I started withdrawing from people, even my closest friends, because I felt like no one understood me. I found myself stuck in a spiral of negative thoughts with no way out.
I don't know how I got through each day, but one thing I learned was that opening up and sharing my feelings with someone really helped. At first I just wrote down my feelings in a diary, then tried talking to a close friend. Bad days still happened, but I felt more hopeful knowing that I wasn't completely alone.
If anyone is going through the same thing, I want to say that I understand and there are people here who are willing to listen. Don't be afraid to share. We may not have all the answers, but at least we can get through it together.
hope we will always be happy!

Re: overcome difficulties together
Hello SteveHuff,
I have a friend that sounds just like you.
He just went through a financial shock and suddenly didn't want to go to work anymore. He locked himself at home, slept and ate all day, didn't communicate with anyone. Like you, he didn't want to share at first, and even pushed me away, saying that he didn't need anyone. I knew that his mood was unstable, so I didn't want to put more pressure on him, so I didn't bother him anymore. After I stopped texting him to ask how he was, he started to apologize. That's when I knew he was ready to share, and I was always there for him and listened. It's great that he's better now, and started going to work again. Just wanted to share this to say that sharing is really important, if we keep all our negative thoughts in our hearts, sooner or later, we will explode getaway shootout
