i feel guilty for the way i feel

does anyone else get like severe guilt for their feelings? like i don't mean this in a bratty way, but i have a good life, like there's nothing for me to be unhappy with, yet i am unhappy. myself and others (especially my parents) find this so hard to understand, making me feel even shittier!

Your feelings are your own regardless of how good your life might seem from the viewpoint of the majority of others looking in. Just because your life is good and you acknowledge that to be true doesn't mean your feelings aren't real.
Good luck. Invalidation especially when it comes from people round us can be very damaging.
