Depression Understood Forums

Just joined. Guess I am doing this instead of therapy. Diagnosed with depression 4 years ago. Became real bad in late 06, hospitilzed twice in a 2 month period. Was seeing a therapist, but she moved away. STopped taking all meds about 4 months ago because I did not feel they wre doing anything for me.

Now, I don't know what to do anymore. I feel stuck in a life a don't want to live.
