i feel so alone and worthless my mind is always racing i cant concentrate i dont think people will understand. i just dont know what to do about how i feel

Maybe try to use the chatroom of the site, to talk about what you have in mind.

The chatroom is kinda messy and its hard to find serious people who understand this kind of things, dont expect a lot from it (the chatroom), but you can try.

Im sure some people would understand what you are going through (no the people from the chatroom).

Try to take a time to sit down, and think whats happening and see what to do. Lonelynes its hard, but this chatrooms its good way to cope.
