Hospitals don't care!!!

I've just at the end i am taking Venlafaxi 150mg reduced from 300mg, Olanzapine 5mg and it's not helping. I've told the doctors and they won't help and when i was admitted to Sydney's RPA Hospitals Missenden Unit due to a failed suicide attempt on leaving i had to go to a meeting there and when i was walking out door one of the doctors told me that next time you decide to kill yourself don't tell anyone just go out and do it so i guess yeah why not as there is nobody who cares or wants to help!!!

Hey there Mick. It's nice to meet you. It's hard to believe that we live in a world where people like doctors that are supposed to help us can be so callus. I'm so sorry you had to go through something like that.

People do care about you though. Like this place, this place is a wonderful start to finding people who care. I'm glad that you found this site. In today's world it sure isn't easy finding people with good hearts and souls that actually HELP us instead of making us feel worse when we already feel like we are at the end of our ropes.

But I think you'll like it here. Just give us a chance. When you need to talk to us and open up about your pain and life please do.

Just promise to please , please don't ever give up or think about hurting yourself again.

Got every thing i need now so in 3 weeks from today i'll be leaving this world and it's bullshit behind. Going to put a plastic bag over my head and have a small hose running into it connected to a can of gas so when i open the gas it will be goodnight for good!!!

what exactly had you feeling so down in the first place? (other than what the doctor said)

as to what the doctor said, it's unfortunate but the world has a lot of bad people. You have to keep on until you find the good.
