My gf of ten months just left me I never connected to anyone else before her. We broke up because she likes my best friend. She isnt even sad about it she never cared about me.
I need help before I do anything bad.
She gave me the strength to stop cutting.
Now I have no one I graduated and all my friends are still in school.

The first point that I want to make is that I think that it is imperative that you try to find someone to help you. It sounds like you are in a very scary situation and that you need a psychiatrst, therapist or some kind of counsellor to be able to listen to your thought.
Glad that you had the courage to come here and post your feelings. It is a big first step. I reinterate that you need some professional help though.
It is hard to have someone you love leave you, especially when it is someone that you have really had a connection with. I am sorry that it didn't work out. Sounds like it is devastating to you, as it would be for me.
I also used to cut. An action that there is a lot of controversy about in the medical profession. I find that I get a totally different reaction to it if I tell my gp about it, or if I tell my psychiatrist.
No need to go on any further at this point.
