Hi all, I have decided to try and reach out to anyone who feels they can help a complete stranger. I have no idea how this works. I am a very long term agoraphobic, extreme anxiety and panic. I would just like someone who could say hi from time to time and to be able to do that for anyone else in need.

You dont need to go online for that im sure you work, or study or have a family. Invest time and space with them and those things. If you say hi to someone on the street chances are they will say hi back.
