Social Networking may help Remove Shyness and build Confiden

Postby illGuyX » Tue Nov 04, 2008 7:17 pm

I am always on the computer and since falling ill with depression and anxiety, I have been more anti-social and lacking confidence. Just recently thought, I read a couple of articles that made me aware of social networking may actually help us anti-social people.

I am always online, in chat channels, blogging, or commenting on some article. The articles you see that social networking can help, as it exercises our social memory and our beliefs and freedom of speech (Making us heard).

Other Benefits?
They help us to vent as well as, helps us to remember things better.
Your thoughts will help others in time.

Would I be Known? Could Things could go Wrong?
What can go wrong by commenting or blogging anonymously? Nothing.
I believe DU has an area to help us blog anonymously via
