Anyone Using CBD Oil?

Postby cgaze2 » Tue Feb 05, 2019 1:50 pm

Hi there! I was just wondering: Is anyone using CBD oil for depression/anxiety, other medical conditions, etc.?

I am considering vaping CBD for more bioavailability. However, I heard the best way to increase bioavailability is via a CBD suppository.

From scanning the web, I came across cautions to avoid propylene glycol, PEG, vegetable glycerin & even MCT/MCFA (due to the use of chemical solvents in extraction) in vape products.

Other cautions included checking independent 3rd party testing, pesticide free (organic), vape device source materials/vape device materials to avoid heavy metal toxicity, etc. (Vape device = pen, dab pen, dab rig, etc.)

Hi there, I have been using cbd tincture for a while now and I am finding it’s helping. I’m just struggling trying to find the right dose.

Interesting, there are things you can do mentally that you help you overcome the problem. You could go to the gym. You could try listening to music, etc. Look at what the problem is and address it by asking a specialist for advice on the issue. Vaping is called by some people "a slower car crash" however it is more healthy then regular cigarettes. Have you tried getting head massages? or go into saunas?

I wouldn't say it specifically treats these conditions or diseases but it personally makes me feel more relaxed than without it.
Also, yes, I would recommend checking the 3rd party lab tests to make sure you aren't getting a scam product.

CBD oil has been a game-changer for my chronic pain. The inflammation and discomfort have reduced significantly, and I've been able to cut back on my other medications.

When it comes to anxiety and other conditions, CBD can be of great help, but you should be careful with whatever is contained in your vaporizer. It is commendable that you are researching ingredients and checking for third-party lab tests. Safety is as important as bioavailability. You may want to consult with an expert who can guide you on the safest and most effective means out there for your case.

It sounds like you're doing a lot of research, which is great! Many people use CBD oil for various health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. The bioavailability of CBD is definitely a big topic because how well it’s absorbed can really impact its effectiveness.

Vaping CBD can be more bioavailable than other methods like edibles, but you're right to be cautious about the ingredients in the vape liquids. Avoiding potentially harmful substances like propylene glycol and ensuring the CBD is third-party tested for purity can help you make a safer choice. Some people prefer other forms of consumption like tinctures, capsules, or even topical creams to avoid the potential risks of vaping.

Suppositories, while not the most common choice, can offer very high bioavailability because of how quickly the body absorbs it that way. However, it might not be for everyone due to personal preference or comfort. It’s always a good idea to start slow, see how your body reacts, and consult with a healthcare provider if you have concerns about how CBD might interact with your other medications or conditions.

Have you tried any CBD products yet, or are you still exploring your options? 8)
