Re: Alternate Natural Remedies For Depression
Thank you very much. Since I've had a depression, I would say that all these tips are full of BS when it comes to real depression. Most of the people that had a sad day starting to think that they have depression. It is not true. The only thing that helped me to at least reduce a little it is CBD oil. Everyone who has a depression needs to try it out.

Thanks for the tips. This is really helpful especially now. Although the environment healing could be a challenge for some since not all of us have access to this. I agree with cutting sugar. It's what causes chronic illnesses.

Re: Alternate Natural Remedies For Depression
Keep yourself busy in some activities you like to do the most. Do any extra job and try to spend some time there. Hangout with your friends and read some mind comforting things. Take a warm shower after coming back home. Do some relaxation exercises. Walk daily and manage your eating routine. I know advice can come off as belittling or insensitive, so I want to make sure that you know that is not my intent here.
Re: Alternate Natural Remedies For Depression
I tried keeping myself busy to get my mind off negative thoughts and it works just as long as I don't exhaust myself too much.
