Re: Medications

Does anyone else become immune to their meds? I'm on my third type and I can feel the nortriptyline is starting to lose it's effectiveness. I had the dosage increased early 2018 and I perked up, but over last couple of months I've just felt "flat". Problem with this is last time I was in a...

I have tried so many medications, therapies, etc... but never feel like I am living a normal, happy life. From the outside looking in, I have a wonderful life, but my brain makes my life look b...

I'm exhausted and burning out, holiday is not an option, I have one coming soon. I feel so angry about everything. I've developed a fear of being rejected for sex by my wife, so much that I don't try anymore. I also get extremely anxious around confrontation. I have been working a bit of overtime la...

Re: Back again

Went to docs. Upped my nortriptyline by 25mg. Also put me on vitamin B12 and magnesium. Felt really great until this afternoon. I rung wife to check what they needed for shopping.( Her and kids are away at the beach while I'm stuck working as per usual) She was real blunt and sounded like she didn't...

Thread dredge! It's that time again where my love goes away with the girls and leaves me with me and my thoughts. Last two days were hell but got through it. Just lonely I guess. I feel like a bit of a "softie" and needy but when they aren't here I get extremely agitated, anxious, but why?...

Thread dredge. I have moved on from last job and have been in my new job a couple of weeks. Last week I had a massive feeling of being totally overwhelmed and got all negative. I pushed through it and while being very hard have seen the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm going to enjoy this and moo...

I too struggle to find the answer, but all I would like is the support of my beloved. I am the sole breadwinner of the household, so she has no input financially. Admittedly we are in a very good position compared to a lot of other people, but still have the odd disagreement regarding money. But a b...
