thats what they want from you is to probably give up. People can be jerks especially when rumors are spread. Dont let them know it is affecting you and dont give up.. hmmm.. im not sure what exactly would help you with the side effects but have you gotten any other side effects besides tiredness? I mean, you say you tired all the time anyway so it might not even be a side effect? Medications dont work till about a month or month and a half so you need to be patie...
