Like Aim said, see your family doctor and ask for a reference for a Psychiatrist.Your family doctor will give you the details of the Psychiatrist.

Hi Depression, from your symptoms, it looks like you are having is a depressive disorder . Hi Monty, glad to know you are getting better regarding social anxiety. That is one crippling illness we could do without. being an afterthought is exactly I am treated in social circles.
