Do you have friends? Boyfriend/Girlfriend? Families? If so, go with them. Try to socialize instead. Be with people who brings happiness to you in order to cope the depression or the loneliness that you feel inside. Stop being hopeless, alone and sad. You have to enjoy the life that has given to you....

I would say that, pretending to be happy when you're really not, is a strong person.

Whenever I feel sad or happy, I always call some of my good friends to open-up the problems and even the happiest moment in my life because I have a trust on them that's why.
