John_Dough I have no trouble sleeping. I can fall asleep anytime anywhere. Every so often I cannot shut my brain down. That is horrible. At that time I cannot sleep at all, sometimes days in a row. I would rather sleep too much than sleep too little. When I am asleep, I don't have any struggles. : )

my best friend is my cat
My favorite place to be is my bed. I love dreaming/sleeping. I am hoping this site will help me know that I am not alone and reinforce that others are surviving the same things I am. I understand the 'roller coaster.'
