What did you do for a living? There's just not much out there no matter what you do? How do you spend your days? I'm ashamed to say I do very little which only makes my depression worse. I just don't have the strength to break the cycle.

Hi, I'm looking for someone else who has experienced depression and that lack of interest in anything that was normally pleasurable. I lost my job 3 months back and now I just sit in the house feeling lonely till my husband comes home. I just don't feel like doing anything. Can anyone relate
