I totally get it. I experiencing the same issues. I am in therapy and take no medication for the anxiety, only Xanax for the panic attacks.

I can relate. When Anxiety sets in I can not even leave my house. I feel everyone is judging me. I can't even be around anyone even loved ones because it tears them up to see me like this.
