Hi everyone..so nice to see all your replies. I did have side effects from every medication I tried and I'm not having any therapy. Unfortunately, I live in a very small community and sadly, they can't be trusted. I went years ago and had a bad outcome. One of my biggest problems the last few months...

My name is Heidi and I come from NB Canada. I've been dealing with depression for the last 10 years. I have been on various meds but after a couple of months I start having problems with them, so had to go without. I'm trying to find ways to cope without meds.
