Random Things that Work?

Postby cgaze2 » Thu Jul 21, 2016 8:54 pm

Recently, I had a cancer scare..... So..... I tried whatever I could to get it more under control and in the process of looking for something to address that, I stumbled onto Buffered Vitamin C.

I've been having great results with it. Although I have no idea why Buffered Vitamin C (vitamin C with minerals)works.... Go figure. It's a relatively high dosage, I think. What I've seen is like 1 teaspoon is about 4500mg or so. I will have the runs if I take the whole teaspoon, so I take half at least 1x / day up to 3x / day.

~shrugs~ Not telling anyone to take it, just thought I would share....

I've seen other posts about the effectiveness of vitamins.

I'm pretty sure that vitamin C does no harm, so I guess there is minimal harm in trying it.

I'm glad you found something that seems to help feel better. Generally, vitamin C and minerals is a good combination. Just don't overdo as vitamin and minerals do have side effects at higher than recommended dosages.
