Depression Understood Forums

I have quite a few topics for 39 years, I don't find the chat room any help, I would like to try some forums please, I am lost at the set up.

The chat rooms used to be very helpful to me, but that was years ago. Now I find the chat room not as helpful. So I understand your statement completely. And using the forums wasn't as intuitive as I remembered, but I'm older and get confused easier than I used to. So maybe that's it.

I discovered that using the board index lists all the forums you can post on. Find a board that best fits your topic, click on it. When you get to the board, click, New topic and post away! Don't forget to click submit at the bottom of the page. Responses may take a few days. Idk. People get busy.
