Ever since I moved to a new place, I keep getting following error when trying to enter the chat room:

(User has been permanently banned from HealthfulChat (Insecure Connection.)

Connection is secure though, it's a cable connection with a fixed IP-address.

Tried using the chat through the browser and tried using it through an IRC client but both produce the same error.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I think it means you have been banned from the site. You need to contact the "website managers" via email on the forum.
