SLOWLY BUT SURELY

slowly but surely i feel better ,ive been out and about ,and my fears are
becoming less of a threat ,ive missed my dear freinds ,but have felt better for a rest ,you know my freinds when you turn on the tv and that
old film is showing again ,same old titles ,thats how i felt you must feel when you came on the forum ,it seemed to be endless rows of xn728
and i thought surely ,it must be repetative for you ,i felt embarrast ,like
and old man who just wont shut up ,please if i get like that just tell me ,
i would rather not be here than become a bore ,any who ,i hope your all not to bad ,and any new users ,welcome from me ,and let the warmth of the forum keep you safe , for those of you who remember my weight
problem ,well im down to 9 stone 6 lbs ,but dont worry ive had some blood tests ,ive got an emergency apppt with my phychartrist on tuesday
im feeling more at peace now ,and i think ill be ok ,you all help me so much ,i wish i could hug you all ,thankyou ((((((((all dear freinds )))))))

thankyou so much ,ive missed the forum greatly ,but i hope i will be up to
speed again soon .ive learnt that i to must reach out for help ,or i may
lose this battle .my daughter went to the doctors without me knowing ,
like i said ill be fine now ,and im glad to be home (((,my dear freind )))

Thank you for the wishes, appreciate them. The shoulder is doing well, corrected that part, now to deal with the neck issues, but that will be after the first of the year. I do survive.

not to pry of course ,but i did look around to try and find out about ,your
phychical problems ,,just thought id mention i have ,really bad arthritic
jionts ,the top of my spine ,and the bottom near my rear has about 4 sections that have collapsed ,,as you know the pain is terrible ,just let you know out of interest ,mine was caused by welding pipes and bulldozers and stuff out in the elements ,best of luck with all that ,im glad you spoke with me warmie ,its just what i needed suddenly i feel like im on the up

The whole point of this site, if I understand it correctly, is to share our thoughts, feelings and experiences in order to support each other. And that's what you're doing, so you're not " boring " anyone at all. Quite the reverse, the people who have posted so honestly about their own thoughts, feelings and experiences have greatly helped me in managing my own depression and anxiety, and in starting to put my own life back together.

My situation, as with the lower spine and both shoulders, came with me from birth. Just a deffect, no biggie, have dealt with it for a good while. Just getting things corrected before it all freezes up on me, as the doctor said.

Ken - I am so glad to see you posting again. You could NEVER be boring. I look for your posts all the time. I am concerned about you. Your weight really is dropping. I am glad you are getting an urgent appt with the psych on Tuesday. Keep on fighting.

its ok mich ,ill be fine now ,i have had the matter taken from my hands
and i will be getting the help i need ,instead of going to bed now ,and
worring about tommorrow ,i listen to my music ,and plan tommorrow out
so i know what im doing ,and it doesnt seem so bad ,doesnt always go to
plan ,but i can handle that to ,i want to live some before i die ,i wont
beat the visitor ,but i will have a life ,a lot of this is down to this weight
loss problem ,im gonna try to explain this in a new post ,maybe tonight
but im pretty tired just now ,there lots of fancy medical terms for what i have but i just have to turn it into english ,and mich how are you ,if i am to stay well ,and post the things you enjoy so much ,then it seems i am
in a position to bargin as it were ,so you all must be strong and safe ,no
matter how hard it becomes ,and i will do the same ,and be here to talk
to you ,do we have a deal ? i would hope so .you see these strong words
