Symptoms of missing meds for 3 days...

This is my first thing but I've had a pretty rough week...
I'm dating a person but i feel like I'm too clingy but i rely on hugs and affection when I am depressed.
These past 3 days i haven't had my medication and it made me have some pretty bad side effects where i would feel twitchy, that was uncontrollable on the inside, and i felt like i would faint. I keep getting car sick and nauseous randomly and i crave food. I got to go to the pharmacy and get my meds and i took it this morning but I'm still feeling nauseous and the other symptoms. I'm now starting to wonder if I'm fighting something or if it's just the meds. I can't find a way to cope and it sucks. I've been so tired and have had no motivation to do work at school and i just want to sleep.
