Being alone a very long time

I have been alone and without human contact for about 10-11 years. I'm only 38...but I had bad relationships and long term depression for a long time. Recently an old flame came back into my life, shes amazing and terrifying to me. Right away I noticed that the old chemistry was still there. When I'm around her..I can't keep my hands to my self. The problem is....I can't get an erection anymore. I don't understand why....I've been very..very turned on...but usually I feel nothing down there. It's starting to make me manic depressive...I'm starting to cut myself again. I havnt done that since I was 23 or longer. I don't understand what I can do.....
