Water & Salt

Hi everyone. I came across a book called Your Body's Many Cries for Water (2008).
Protocol: Sprinkle salt on your tongue & drink water (1/2 body weight in ounces) daily. Salt I'm using is coarse unrefined sea salt, NO anti-caking agents. **I've been doing this & my mood has improved a great deal; I have energy now. Losing my tummy. Sleeping better.
