Re: Friend hid facebook post from me, hugged everyone except me

Hey jashley, welcome to the forum :) I can understand how both circumstances can be upsetting. But, you have tried to address both issues with the person and they seemed dismissive. I say that its their loss to be honest. If they don't appreciate you as a friend then its not worth your time either. ...

Re: hi

Hey lasi, Welcome to the forum :) I'm sorry you're going through a rough time right now. I know how hard it is when trying to get out a depressive rut when you've been in it for a while. Are you currently seeking therapy? What physical stuff are you feeling and is seeing a doctor an option? *hugs* I...

Beth Ellen :) It makes me so happy to hear how much progress you've made just in the last few days. I admire your drive and strength. I completely agree that a long relationship ending does need a grieving process of its own. I think its great that you decided to cut contact, especially if the relat...

Hey there, Forgiveness is hard, regardless if its someone else or yourself. I find personally that I have a harder time being able to forgive if there is still anger involved. What has helped me in the past is trying to accept things as they are and then I can move on to forgiveness. It's almost lik...
