In same boat myself. Have been without my wife for a year and have seen her once. Its best to let them go no matter how much it hurts. U have to love yourself before you can love another. Meds I have same problem with them .......wish I never started them. Stay strong and head up.

I had same thing happen to me. Ems/firefighter and lost it all.......wife, job and my medic lic. I went down wrong road and wife turned me in. Now im.a felon lost everything. And then had very traumatic event happen. You still have a job and there is another out there for you. Believe me just rememb...

I too am in same boat and have no paddles. The amounts of medication I'm on does not seem to help. I know this sounds like same old same old. I feel your pain. I have pstd /bipolar and anxiety.
