Re: Any tips?
Do yoga or meditation. That actually helps you instill positivity inside you. It will calm you down and make you more productive. Also, another way could be to get yourself an emotional support animal. It actually helps. Good health.

Re: Can u be depressed...when nothing is wrong?
To answer that, you must have answers to some of the questions that will help you prove whether it is a passing phase or you really have clinical depression. Are you irritated for no reason? Do you feel sad, tearful, hopeless all the time? Are you not sleeping enough? Has your sleep patterns changed...

Re: Anxiety and Depression Affecting Your Relationships
That actually can ruin your relationship if you will not treat it right. You can do one thing, you can get a pet or something, I have heard those can save a relationship like anything. Also, the amount of love we give to our pets these days, is equal to that of babies, so like the babies save marria...

Re: 10 Ways to Help Someone with Depression
I’ll like to add one more. Having a pet is a brilliant option to manage depression. Animals have that relaxing vibe about them. Like I don’t know if you’ve observed or not, animals are great stress busters. When you spend time with them, it’s always a happy time. Depression patients are often lonely...

Re: I really need help
Hi Laura, I hear you and I can relate to you because I am suffering from depression too. The moment I feel I am drowning in the pool of sadness and anxiety, I always try and talk it out. I talk to my mother about it. Though in your case it looks like your husband did not take you seriously. But some...

I can totally relate to your condition. Not, that I have experienced anything like that. But, my little sister went through a similar experience. However, in her case, nothing was working out. Re: my mom has depression and I need help
I feel sorry for your mom’s condition. As you have said that your mom isn’t ready to take your advice for improving her condition, have someone who can do that for you, maybe your brother or father. Make her realize that depression is not something that can kill anyone and it is treatable if she fol...

It’s sad to know that you’re going through this. I think you just need an escape. Do you have a pet? I am asking this because animals have a very comforting vibe. So it can help you in getting a stable mental space. Naturally, when you spend time with your pet, it will make you feel less lonely and ...

Re: Feeling Heavy
First of all, leave everything aside and see a doctor. They have the right tools and techniques to access your condition and devise a medical treatment plan accordingly. Talking is the best way to start a progress towards a healthy mind. They can ask you to go for medications or CBT or even recommen...

Re: My partner has depression - Look for support
I feel bad that you had to go through this phase. When I was depressed I had my dog to take care of me. He was literally there to cheer me up and I realized that there is no point in thinking too much about useless things in life. I was like just look at him..he doesn’t want anything from me but sti...
